Join us and bring your friends! $15 contribution What to bring: A yoga mat (ecologically friendly if you can) or a few towels for cushioning, also a small blanket for the Yoga Nidra session, as the body temperature drops, when one relaxes. Jai Jot Lafayette is a Teacher, Facilitator, Writer, and Coordinator based in Toronto. She is actively increasing awareness, uplifting and inspiring others with teachings from many traditions and disciplines. Available to serve individuals, groups and organizations, her mandate for teaching and healing is inclusive; she is here to serve.
